Your ESP reports 99% delivered. Replies are down anyway, and a customer says your last email was in their spam folder.
Both can be true. "Delivered" means the receiving server accepted the message. Where it landed afterwards (inbox, promotions tab, spam) is a separate question, and that question is what people mean by deliverability.
